Prevent and Reverse Cognitive Decline

64% of all Americans say their biggest fear about growing older is that they will suffer from dementia.

Alzheimer’s is the most common type of dementia and is now the 6th leading cause of death. If we don’t change the way we approach this disease, about 45 million currently living Americans will go on to develop the disease. I would like to do all I can to share the good news that it doesn’t have to be this way. There are things we can all be doing to take care of ourselves and prevent what some think is inevitable.

One thing we now know is that the pathology that leads to Alzheimer’s takes a decade or more before specific symptoms appear, so it is vital to intervene as early as possible. In order to do this, you need to be aware of the potential contributors to cognitive decline. Aging is the biggest risk factor for Alzheimer’s. The earlier you start making positive changes, the more likely you are to have a positive outcome. Some people who started using the protocol very late in the course of their disease still show marked improvement.

I can help you integrate the recommended diet and lifestyle modifications of the Bredesen Protocol into your life. Let’s do this!

Helping you find internal strength and motivation to make positive, sustained health changes.
